ResponseTap pricing
- ResponseTap is now part of Infinity: responsetap.com redirects to Infinity, which describes ResponseTap as "now part of Infinity". Pricing is therefore Infinity's.
- Essentials is listed at 249 with 25p per call; Pro at 349 with 20p per call; Enterprise is priced on application. The pricing page does not state the billing period or contract length next to these figures.
- Essentials and Pro both list visitor-level call tracking, call recording, missed call alerts, call revenue tracking and integrations with Google Analytics and Google, Microsoft and Meta ads accounts.
CallTracker Pro is €9 per month (or €90 per year) plus usage per tracking number and per connected minute. See CallTracker pricing.
Where ResponseTap is stronger
- 24/7 support on Essentials and Pro, plus a Customer Success Programme on Pro (CallTracker offers email support).
- A Reporting API on Pro and a Reporting and Config API on Enterprise (CallTracker has no public API; it sends data out through webhooks).
- Microsoft Advertising and Meta ads integrations are listed (CallTracker's Microsoft Advertising upload is currently unavailable).
- Enterprise adds caller insight and contact-centre integrations, a dedicated solutions architect and high-volume discounting.
Choose CallTracker instead if
- You want a low fixed base (€9 per month) and pay per connected minute rather than per call.
- You need calls logged automatically in HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive.
