1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CallTracker ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. The Service is operated by Getia AS, a company registered in Norway.

2. Description of Service

CallTracker provides call tracking and analytics services that allow businesses to:

  • Obtain tracking phone numbers
  • Forward calls to their business lines
  • Track and analyze call data
  • Attribute calls to marketing sources
  • Access call analytics and reporting

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful or malicious code
  • Engage in fraudulent activities
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Use the Service for telemarketing without proper consent
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Fees

Our pricing structure includes:

  • Base subscription fee (monthly)
  • Per tracking number fee (varies by country)
  • Per-minute usage fee

5.2 Billing

You agree to:

  • Provide valid payment information
  • Authorize us to charge your payment method monthly
  • Pay all fees when due
  • Be responsible for all taxes

5.3 Refunds

We offer refunds within 14 days of initial purchase for unused services. Usage-based fees are non-refundable.

6. Phone Numbers and Call Forwarding

Regarding tracking phone numbers:

  • Numbers are licensed to you, not owned
  • We may reclaim unused numbers after account termination
  • Numbers cannot be ported out to other carriers
  • Call forwarding is provided on a best-effort basis
  • We are not liable for missed calls due to technical issues

7. Data and Privacy

You acknowledge that:

  • Our Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of data
  • You own your call data and analytics
  • You are responsible for obtaining caller consent where required
  • You must comply with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, etc.)
  • We may use anonymized data for service improvement

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Getia AS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our express written permission.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Any other reason at our discretion

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

10.1 Service "As Is"

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Getia AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Getia AS harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oslo, Norway.
