How do I get started?

Subscribe to CallTracker Pro and create your first placement in minutes. There are no long-term contracts — cancel anytime, and you only pay the base subscription plus what you use.

Can I change my plan later?

There's only one plan! You simply pay for what you use. Add more tracking numbers as you need them, and your bill adjusts automatically.

What happens if I cancel?

You can cancel anytime with no penalties. Your tracking numbers will stop forwarding at the end of your billing period, and you'll have access to export all your call data.

Are there any setup fees?

None at all. You pay the base subscription plus usage. That's it. No setup fees, no hidden charges, no contracts.

How are minutes calculated?

Call time is billed per started minute: each connected call is rounded up to the next whole minute. You only pay for calls that connect — missed calls are free.

Can I keep my tracking numbers if I cancel?

Unfortunately, tracking numbers cannot be ported out. However, you can export all your call history and analytics data before canceling.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Annual billing costs 10 times the monthly base price, so you get two months free. Number rental and call minutes are paid from prepaid credits either way.

Is there a limit to how many tracking numbers I can have?

No limits! Create as many placements and tracking numbers as you need. Prices vary by country - see our pricing page for details.

What CallTracker does not do

  • There is no free trial or free plan — the base subscription applies from the start.
  • Tracking numbers cannot be ported in or out.
  • Outside the US and Canada, numbers require business documents (a regulatory bundle) and take 1–2 business days to activate.
  • There is no public REST API — call data leaves CallTracker through webhooks, Zapier and native integrations.
  • SSO/SAML and two-factor authentication are not available yet.
