Does CallTracker record calls?
Only if you turn it on: call recording and transcription are off by default and are enabled per placement.
Details
- When recording is enabled, recordings are stored by Twilio and linked from the call in your dashboard.
- Transcription and AI call analysis (summary, sentiment, lead score) are separate options.
- Recording laws differ by country. You are responsible for informing callers where the law requires it.
