How are call minutes billed?
Each connected call is billed per started minute at the rate for the tracking number's country; missed and unanswered calls are not billed.
Details
- Only connected time counts: billing starts when the forwarded call is answered, so ringing time is never billed.
- A call that is connected for 61 seconds is billed as 2 minutes.
- Rates differ by country because carriers charge different forwarding costs. The pricing page shows the lowest current rate.
- Calls handled by the AI voice agent are billed at €0.10 per minute instead.
