How much does CallTracker cost?
CallTracker Pro costs €9 per month (or €90 per year, two months free) plus usage: a monthly fee per tracking number that depends on the country, and a per-minute rate for connected call time.
Details
- There is one plan. Every feature of call tracking — unlimited placements, dynamic number insertion, analytics, integrations — is included in the base subscription.
- Tracking numbers are charged per number per month. The price depends on the country; the full list is on the pricing page.
- Call minutes are charged only for calls that connect. Each call is rounded up to the next whole minute. Missed calls are free.
- Usage is drawn from a prepaid credit balance: each number's monthly rental is charged when the number is assigned and then every month, and call minutes after each call. You can top up manually or turn on auto top-up with a threshold and amount, and set a low-balance email alert. When the balance is used up, calls stop forwarding until you top up.
- Optional call transcription costs €0.05 per transcribed minute.
- All prices are in EUR, and you are charged in EUR.
- AI features are usage-based: AI voice agent minutes cost €0.10 per minute and AI call analysis costs €0.02 per analysed call.
- SmartResponse (callback widget, AI chat and AI voice agent for lead capture) is an optional add-on with its own monthly plans.
- There are no setup fees and no contracts.
