CallTracker + HubSpot integration
The HubSpot integration puts phone leads into HubSpot automatically. When a tracked call ends, CallTracker looks up the caller's phone number in HubSpot, creates a contact if none exists, and logs the call on that contact with the placement and traffic source that generated it.
- How it connects
- OAuth (connect your HubSpot portal from Settings β CRM)
- Included in
- CallTracker Pro, no extra charge
- Best for
- Teams that run their pipeline in HubSpot and want phone leads and their ad source on the contact record without manual entry.
What happens when a call comes in
- Searches HubSpot contacts by the caller's phone number.
- Creates a new contact when no match is found, filling HubSpot's source fields from the UTM source, medium, campaign and term and the Google click ID (gclid) captured by dynamic number insertion.
- Logs an inbound call engagement on the contact with duration, status (completed or missed), the placement name and the traffic source.
Data sent to HubSpot
- Caller phone number
- Call duration, status and timestamp
- Placement name and traffic source
- UTM source, medium, campaign and term; gclid (new contacts only)
How to set it up
- Open Settings β CRM in CallTracker.
- Click Connect on the HubSpot card and approve access in HubSpot.
- Choose which events sync: completed calls (on by default), missed calls, and an optional minimum call duration so very short calls are skipped.
- Make a test call to one of your tracking numbers and check the contact timeline in HubSpot.
Limitations
- Contacts are matched on phone number only; duplicates in HubSpot with the same number are not merged.
- CallTracker does not create or move HubSpot deals.
- Syncing is one-way: changes made in HubSpot are not sent back to CallTracker.
