CallTracker + Microsoft Teams integration
The Microsoft Teams integration works like the Slack one: paste a Teams incoming webhook URL and CallTracker posts a message card for each call with the caller, duration, placement and source.

What happens when a call comes in
- Sends a message card to the channel when a call completes or is missed (configurable).
Data sent to Microsoft Teams
- Caller phone number
- Call duration and status
- Placement name
- Traffic source
How to set it up
- In Teams, add an incoming webhook to the channel and copy its URL.
- In CallTracker, open Settings → CRM, click Connect on the Microsoft Teams card and paste the URL.
- Choose the events to post.
Limitations
- Notifications only — no actions from Teams.
