CallTracker + Zapier integration
Use Zapier when the tool you need is not a native integration. Create a Zap with the "Webhooks by Zapier" catch hook trigger, paste the hook URL into CallTracker, and every call arrives in Zapier with the same JSON payload as the webhook integration.

- Non-developers connecting call data to Google Sheets, email tools or less common CRMs.
What happens when a call comes in
- POSTs the standard call payload to your Zapier catch hook for each completed or missed call.
Data sent to Zapier
- Same payload as the webhook integration
How to set it up
- In Zapier, create a Zap with the trigger "Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook" and copy the URL.
- In CallTracker, open Settings → CRM, click Connect on the Zapier card and paste the URL.
- Make a test call so Zapier can detect the payload fields, then add your action steps.
Limitations
- Requires a Zapier plan that includes Webhooks by Zapier.
