CallTracker + Zendesk integration
The Zendesk integration turns tracked calls into tickets so every phone request is followed up. CallTracker creates a ticket for the caller and writes the call details β duration, status and source β into the ticket.
- How it connects
- OAuth (Settings β CRM)
- Included in
- CallTracker Pro, no extra charge
- Best for
- Service businesses that handle phone requests as support tickets.
What happens when a call comes in
- Creates a new ticket for each call, titled with the placement name.
- Writes the call details (caller, duration, status, placement and traffic source) into the ticket description.
- Sets priority to high for missed calls and normal for answered calls.
Data sent to Zendesk
- Caller phone number
- Call duration, status and timestamp
- Placement name and traffic source
How to set it up
- Open Settings β CRM in CallTracker.
- Click Connect on the Zendesk card and sign in to your Zendesk subdomain.
- Choose which events sync: completed calls (on by default), missed calls, and an optional minimum call duration so very short calls are skipped.
Limitations
- Every call creates its own ticket; repeat callers are not merged into one ticket.
- Ticket routing rules are managed in Zendesk.
- Syncing is one-way.
